Cancellations are accepted with 24 hours notice prior to your appointment.  No show fee will be apply. In consideration of other guests, please make sure your cell phone is switched off. Gift certificates are fully transferable, but non-refundable. For your own safety, please wait 24 hours between waxing and tanning. All items are final sale. We are happy to offer our guests a seven day guarantee on all services. If you are not satisfied  with any aspect of your service, or if you would like to make

a suggestion, please contact Lanie.

The prices are very fair, the products are some of the best on the market, and the owner and staff are professionals who have been well trained and are responsive to questions. I appreciate that's the Spa environment is super clean, smells amazing, and the atmosphere is calm, comfort and relaxing. The Oak Bay location is terrific with lots of free parking. This spa is an absolute treasure, and so is Lanie! The deluxe pedicure with leg and foot massage is heavenly, and the brow and lash tint is perfection. I’ve been a *very* satisfied client for a few years and I’d be lost without this amazing spa. If you haven’t been here yet, do yourself a favors and go! You’re worth it, and deserve it. Cheers!
